“Hello my name is Harry Touzel and thank you for taking the time to listen to this video. I’ll start off with what the clients say about me, the key thing that they say, that I provide for them, which is someone to talk to. Now obviously I want to do more than that. I’m a qualified and experienced expert in leadership and management and people can talk to me intelligently and I motivate them and I provide them with a sounding board. But clients say I provide them with someone to talk to.

Now I also love working with business owners and managers and to me it’s like playing in a sandbox. When I work with people on their strategy and their planning, it’s like being in Kindergarten. If you can imagine being in Kindergarten at school where you played in the sandbox with your friends. It is more fun than work. To me it is almost more fun than work to look at people’s plans and strategies especially if I can help them gain new insights and move forward.

Now in this video I’m going to talk to you about (1) who I am (2) two things you can get for free (3) areas of management and leadership I can focus on. I will remind you that I focus on results and taking action and end off with why again I love what I do.

So who I am, I have a Masters degree in Business leadership from a graduate school of business. Previously I’ve been an economist for 10 years in the area of housing economics and finance. More recently for over 10 years now I have worked as a consultant and coach to small business owners and managers. I’ve also lectured and I’m currently lecturing part time in leadership, management, marketing and other business related subjects.

Lets talk about what I do when I meet people for the first time; I have a two step process. The first is a brief discussion over the phone. So if you fill and complete the form below and ask for instance the free workshop which is my first free take away. I will talk to you over the phone and then I’ll set up a free workshop.

Now what do you get from this free workshop, first you get the opportunity to try before you buy and get real value in the process. The workshop is a one on one session; it is focused on you and your needs. It’s done at your convenience. There is no obligation on you whatsoever, it’s customized to suite your needs. That will come out in our first discussion we have and as I said it’s focused on your business and your personal improvement.

Why free and why a workshop? Well it provides you with an opportunity as I said to try before you buy but instead of doing a presentation where I tell you how good I could be. I do something and show you what I actually do and provide you with something of value which you can use even if you do not carry on with my services.

So what areas do I focus on? To start off, two things I ask. What results do you want to achieve or are you achieving and what action are you taking or should you take? The areas to look at to get focus on these results are your vision and dreams, you plans for the future, the actually strategy you have to make your sales or profit and maintain cash flow, the marketing and sales aspect, managing people, leading better, organizing the business. Looking after people like I said and then financial control and account related issues.

 Now I don’t do it all, I have one focus. What results do you want to achieve in your business and what action should you take in these different areas? To me working with you as a business owner would be like playing in the sandbox. I love it; I really want to see people succeed.
