Work... I have been working alongside business owners and managers, to improve their business, since 1997. This is my main focus.

I also lecture:

• Papers for the NZ Diploma in Business, including Applied Management, Leadership, Organisation and Management, Marketing, and Consumer Behaviour.
• Organisational Behaviour at second year level and supervise third-year Applied Management students doing a Bachelor of International Business degree.

Prior to 1997 I was an economist at the South African Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (since 1986). Before that I worked in human resources management & administration.
